Happy Toddlers' Support Association is comprised of the children's parents. In coordination with the Daycare Director, the Support Association takes care of the daycare's management. 

The daycare operates on a self-financing, non-profit principle. All fees and other possible expenses, such as fundraising to support field trips and other activities, are determined by the Support Association during the Annual Spring Meeting.

The Support Association Board is elected at the Annual Fall Meeting. The Board is comprised of six permanent members and two deputy members.
